Music & Worship

If there is one thread that consistently runs through Scripture, it is that God’s people are to continually offer praise and worship to Him. In fact, we are commanded to worship Him both individually and corporately.

At West Franklin, it is the desire of our musicians to touch the heart of God in our worship, while we encourage those who have come to participate with us.

The AUDIENCE in worship is God alone, and we are to lift up our hearts and voices to Him together!

As the Lord continues to offer fresh, new music from gifted Christian writers and composers, our goal is to incorporate music that cuts across the spectrum of styles and instrumentation—from great Hymns of the faith to praise and Scripture songs born of a new generation.

If you have a vocal or an instrumental talent, you are invited to consider becoming part of our ministry. I would deem it a privilege if you would contact me.

Psalm 150 directs us to “praise Him in His sanctuary…with the harp…with the flute...with tambourines…with dance…with clashing symbols!” It concludes with, “Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord!”

Join us, as we give honor, glory, and praise unto the One Who alone is worthy of our worship.

Our worship is a blended style—with a balance between the traditional and the contemporary. It is vital that we not only reach out to those faithful ones who have served for years in God`s Kingdom—but that we also span the generations and include newer, fresher music that can touch the lives of younger families, who are the future of the church. You can email me at  steve@wfbchurfch.org
