Community Outreach

WFBC has adopted the phrase  “Our Mission, the Great Commission.”  We believe that Jesus instructed the church to reach out and make a difference for Christ in our community.  We do a variety of projects throughout the year to reach people in our community.  Some of our projects are:

 

                Spring and Christmas Worship Concerts

                Community Easter Egg Hunt at Jim Warren Park

                Vacation Bible School

                Community Block Party

                Welcome to Franklin visits

                Outreach efforts through our Sunday School classes

                Classes to meet the needs of marriage/parenting

                Summer activities for children and youth

                Women’s Ministry

                Men’s Ministry
